Thomas: An Executive Coach With An Empowering Mission
Pat Thomas
East
Elmhurst, NY (BlackNews.com) - Pat Thomas, Chief Freedom
officer of New York-based Thomas Coaching, is an extraordinary
executive coach who’s on the move with a mission. Her goal:
to challenge African American women to break through limiting
beliefs, define success on their terms and take massive action
to achieve their professional goals and personal dreams.
Pat is laser-focused on her mission this
month with three powerful events. She’ll be in Charlotte,
NC, October 4th to participate in the 5th Annual NABFEM (National
Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment)
Conference. The theme is “Diversity in Entertainment: The
Female Factor” and the objective is to provide the ultimate
in career advancement strategies for women in the highly competitive
entertainment field. Pat will deliver her presentation titled
The Power Twins: Communications and Connections to the more
than 500 women who will attend, as well as provide coaching
and career counseling throughout the day.
Following
NABFEME, Pat is off to the Essence Women Who Are Shaping
The World Leadership Summit on October 5 in New York
City. It is billed as the conference that will “ignite
your career, renew your spirit, and connect you with
the most accomplished Black women in the country.” Pat
is one of those women and she will inform and inspire
during her participation on the panel, Accelerating
Your Corporate Career.
Poised, articulate and focused, Pat Thomas has the proven
credentials and expertise to help Black women develop
a larger vision of what is possible. It is her passion.
“I help women, and indeed all managers, decide what
is key to their success and what is not,” says Pat.
“I then help them pursue consistent action leading to
their individual success.”
Pat will be doing exactly that in one of her special
Retreat and Spa Weekend events titled “Making the Most
of the Rest of Your Life” to be held in historic Cape
May, New Jersey. The venue is Akwaaba By The Sea, a
lovely bed & breakfast inn, hosted by Innkeeper extraordinaire,
Monique Greenwood, former Essence magazine editor-in-chief.
With this seaside resort as a backdrop, each participant
will explore the four areas of her life that are essential
for long term success and personal fulfillment, and
chart a path to a lifetime of abundance and joy. All
this comes with spa treatments, sumptuous breakfasts,
group dinners and ample time for rest and relaxation.
