New Book, The Piercing That Changed My Life!, By Sixteen Year Old Author from Rowlett, Texas

Book Cover

Author - KeeKee Bazile

Dallas, TX (BlackNews.com) - The author, Jerrkelia Lashaun Bazile, who is affectionately known by her family and friends as KeeKee, portrays in her book more than just a valuable lesson about ear piercing for teens and adolescents. The readers were captivated by a much deeper message that KeeKee honestly projected throughout her book. In brief, her written expression of her experience revealed a common human melodrama that many of us, both teens and adults, often fail in overcoming. KeeKee disobeyed her parents in a moment of weakness as she gave way to vanity. She then suffered the consequences of that bad decision by damaging her health.

However, the real message is not the mistakes she admits in making, but rather the strength of character she demonstrated to correct those mistakes. She successfully over came the fear of being rejected by her loving parents, mounting peer pressure, and her own deceit to ultimately doing the right thing, by facing up to her own weakness and imperfection. As a result, she is an author today with a clearer understanding that she is a good person, but like all of us, is a work in progress. KeeKee knows and now she teaches to others that you must think right to act right or you will produce negative consequences for yourself and for the ones who love you the most. That is the primary message of value that KeeKee leaves with her readers.

About The Author:
KeeKee was born in Dallas, TX on March 10, 1993 and now resides in Rowlett, Texas. She attends Sachse High School where she is an honor student and a member of the Varsity Cheer Squad. KeeKee and her family are members of Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Dayvid L. Griggs, Jr. She actively participates in the Youth Ministry where she serves as a leader in many of the organizations. At the age of sixteen years old, she felt compelled to write and teach others, after she had strayed away from her parental teachings.
