Rapper Talib Kweli and CNN Anchor Don Lemon Get into Full-Blown Argument on Live TV

Ferguson, MO — CNN anchor Don Lemon recently interviewed rapper and activist Talib Kweli in Ferguson, Missouri, but the conversation got a little out of hand.

Talib, who is there volunteering and protesting, apparently criticized how CNN was covering the situation, and Lemon got defensive. The two ended up having a full-blown argument on live TV, and at one point Talib threatened to leave the interview because Don wouldn’t let him finish his point.

Eventually, the two started listening to each other and worked out their differences. It ended peacefully, and actually turned out to be a very productive discussion. It also showed a positive way to deal with differences, as opposed to resorting to violence.
