Atlanta, GA (BlackNews.com) - On October 14, 2008, A'NU Beginning Entertainment in association with StewPro films will release the Sorry Ms. Jackson indie movie. The movie is a comedy/drama written, produced, and directed by A'NU Beginning Entertainment CEO and Founder, Tammy Harris. Ms Harris came up with the concept and idea for the movie in August of 2004. After the script was completed and copyright was in hand, she sent the script to Andre' 3000 through a mutual friend to peak his interest in the project, but nothing came out of it. The script was then placed on a shelf collecting dust until June 2007 when A'NU Beginning Entertainment said enough is enough of big stars, making big bucks, with "anything goes" movie scripts that somehow are making it to the big screen. A'NU Beginning Entertainment felt it was time for a change and moved forward with the Sorry Ms. Jackson project.
The Sorry Ms. Jackson indie movie is based on: Lisa Jackson, was fulfilling her mother Louise Jackson's deathbed wish by not ending up on the wrong side of the tracks. Lisa's promising career as a brilliant young State Attorney's lawyer was her way of making good on her promise. Lisa was being groomed by the State of Georgia Head
Prosecutor Lin Lin Woo. On a high profile case, Lisa's past reminiscing scenarios caused her to be the star witness for the defense. Lin Lin Woo, whom never lost a case in ten years is furious and pulls all Lisa's scholarship
funding, which forces her back home to the doorsteps of her aunt Ms. Mablean Jackson. Ms. Jackson assures Lisa she's going to help her get back in school by any means necessary, if she has to go broke or before she finds
out she is broke by a coning con man, Victor Price aka Peter Naughty. On Lisa's journey back home is it a possibility that she is in the right place at the right time or does she encounter a everything happens for a reason moment when she meets the mysterious Lora Blake? Lisa's arrival home is welcomed by some family members and taunted by others who are somewhat pleasingly glad for her unfortunate mishap. But when the family finds out that Victor Price has illegally gained the deed to Ms. Jackson's house, they join forces to bring him to Jackson justice before Ms. Jackson permanently loses her home.
A'NU Beginning Entertainment takes pride in powerful movie scripts, in which the script speaks for itself with no Hollywood big names. The movie is starring Dee Wyatt, Monica Irving, Princess Berry, Zakiya Alta Lee, Iesha Little, Patrick Cronin and others you might not have heard of in the entertainment industry but soon will be seeing in the upcoming Sorry Ms. Jackson movie.
