Raven-Symone Blasts Fake Reports Saying She Was Abused by Bill Cosby — Tells Gossip Blogs, “Keep Me Out of This”

Nationwide — 28-year-old Raven-Symone recently used her Instagram account to blast reports saying that she claimed that Bill Cosby molested her when they both appeared on The Cosby Show. She wrote, “This is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of.”

The rumor was initially reported by a site called Hip-Hop Hangover, which posted a story alleging that the actress had filed molestation charges after Cosby supposedly molested her after the 1992 series finale. Symone would have been just 6 years old at the time.

Her Instagram message, which received more than 30,000 likes, included a photo of her Cosby Show character Olivia, and a caption that read: “I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show! I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!”

Meanwhile, this Cosby Show episode continues on, as more and more women accuse Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them in the 1960’s through the 1980’s. Cosby has yet to release an official statement, but his lawyers say the claims are “discredited”.
