Dallas, TX (BlackNews.com) - Victoria's Secret PINK will be extending the PINK Collegiate Collection to incorporate some Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) including Florida A&M University, Howard University, Hampton University, North Carolina A&T State, and Southern. The PINK Collegiate Collection features VS PINK's highly recognizable brand iconography and the names and logos of the top universities on fashion apparel.
Multicultural Communications, LLC (MULTICOM) is a recently formed venture between independent agency heavyweights in the strategy, marketing, supplier development and retail merchandising spaces. The network has partnered with the launch of Victoria's Secret PINK brand at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).
For these programs, the MULTICOM network will be responsible for developing strategy, managing event implementation and overseeing grassroots-level marketing on HBCU campuses.
"HBCUs were established with the primary mission of educating African Americans and providing for them meaningful points of access and better odds for achieving a higher education. The brand will continue to broaden the PINK Collegiate Collection to include a diverse and significant group of schools.
