“Yes, Girl He’s Fine! But He’s A Felon!” — You Won’t Believe How Many Women Want to Date This Guy After Seeing His Mugshot

Jeremy Meeks

Jeremy Meeks, convicted felon whose recent mugshot has gone viral online

Stockton, CA — The internet is in an uproar after a picture of a felon from Stockton, California was recently posted on Facebook by the Stockton Police Department. The intent was to inform the public that they had caught several men responsible for a string of robberies.

But when the local police department posted a picture of Jeremy Meeks, a 30 year old convicted felon that has been arrested for felony weapon charges, many women (especially Black women) started making comments about how fine he was.

Here are just some of the comments that were posted:

“Omg…I really love him!!!!! He is sooooo dreamy!!! #freejeremy” — A’Marie Hayes

“Omg He’s eyes alone will hypnotize you. Wow what a fine guy.” — Valarie Spradley Hobbs

“Why does he automatically have to be a womanizer and abuser because he is a felon. His charges are weapons charges. Yall dont know why or how he got caught up. Let the women droll….it’s jus a picture goodness.” — Lboogie Harrison

“If i will donate on ur bail, will u be mine for a night..haha” — Taberdo Anne

“Definitely the sexiest mug shot ive ever seen!!” — Brandy Lowery’krippner

The comments on his picture have created an uproar because most of the women leaving such comments seem to be African American women. This has sparked a debate across several blogs and news web site about why Black women have such low standards when it comes to men. Why do they date “thugs”? Why do they take interest in “low lifes”?

What do you think?
