Freddie Jackson and Howard Hewett To Headline Crab and Jazz Festival Labor Day Weekend

Oakland, CA (July 13, 2012) -- One of the west coast's original festivals, the 2nd Annual Jazz & Crab Fest, returns to the Bay Area for another year of exceptional artisan food and music.
The festival will partner with the Shunammite Group to raise funds for Feed Oakland. Multiple local wineries and craft breweries will generously donate one-of-a-kind specialty beers and wines available at the Festival. Festival attendees can enjoy an evening of incredible music and more amazing food.
Festival-goers will enjoy samples of more than 50 regional wines and many local artisan spirits, plus a delectable buffet of Crab and a huge variety of other entrees.
Headlining this years Festival stage is the incomparable chart-topping artist, Freddie Jackson. The Harlem native brought us hits like "Rock Me Tonight" and "Nice and Slow". Together Jackson along with amazing artists like Howard Hewett, Angela Winbush and Mikki Howard will close out the Labor Day Weekend celebration.
