Why Realtors Starting Successful Foreclosure Cleanup Businesses is No Surprise

Riverdale, GA (BlackNews.com) - The real estate market is in a huge slump in many areas of the country. And it affects many sectors, eg, banking, mortgage and construction firms, to name a few. Perhaps no segment has been affected more than realtors though. Many have left the profession altogether.

If a home is broken into multiple times or the grass has to be cut over a whole summer, for example -- these are ongoing problems that fall directly in the lap of bankers and realtors -- until the property sells.
Compounding the problem, Ms. Black points out, is the fact that there are so many of them at one time.
