Seasoned Chef and Restauranteer Charlene Payne
Brighton, UK (October 11, 2012) -- Last month, seasoned chef and restauranteer Charlene Payne launched her new website for her company Pizza Fresha while simultaneously premiering her web series "The Fresha Minute," an Italian cooking series presented by Pizza Fresha LTD and produced by Electric Heart Media, LLC that illustrates the seasoned chef whipping up dishes from Shrimp Alfredo to Minestrone; healthy and delicious dishes that anyone can make in a short amount of time.
The venture marks the beginning and growth of the Pizza Fresha brand which they're working to move outward the confines of their Brighton home in the UK, and take global. Payne is excited to show the world that cooking Italian food can be a healthy and fast experience.
Born in 1999 to the marriage of carefully crafted dough and the blending of organic vegetables and a signature sauce, Pizza Fresha has served a multitude of consumers and foodies in their Brighton location over on Churchill Square where they see roughly half a million customers a year. Like many, the continued draw to the kiosk is due to Pizza Fresha's undeniably great taste and their personal touch with blending pizza's finest ingredients.
Its founder, Payne was born and raised in the United States of America and spent years exploring her love for pizza after being raised in a household where bonding took place over the celebration of preparing homemade Italian food and watching movies. Payne perfected this love in her adult life when she ventured over to Italy and attended culinary school where she graduated and went on to create her own dough recipe, which later molded itself into a full-fledged pizza business.
Prior to expanding their doors here in the US, Pizza Fresha has plans to expand their brand into a global sensation through a multimedia platform inclusive of television spots, cooking blogs, merchandise and contests/promotions and more.
Follow their journey and tune in weekly, every Tuesday, to "The Fresha Minute" to get a one minute glance at how to make some delicious Italian meals for your family.
